A complete gut renovation transformed this three bedroom raised ranch, creating a bright and open floor plan more conducive to the owners’ casual lifestyle.

Custom built-ins are employed extensively, allowing maximum use of the compact floor plan while also adding strong spatial definition. This includes the new slatted wood wall that visually connects the lower level family room that was once separated by an enclosed staircase.
